Dedicated Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional roadside assistance for Volkswagen vehicles utilizing manufacturer-specific diagnostics and tools.

• Assume full responsibility for the customer experience from their arrival until the repair is completed.

• Integrate technical expertise with outstanding communication skills to guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Manage warranty tasks, roadside diagnostics, and complex repairs.

• Begin and conclude each day at home with a fully equipped VWG van, tools, and uniform.

⛳️ Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.

• Valid UK Cat B licence (maximum 6 points).

• Availability for 40 hours per week.

• Capability to work within a shift range of 7am to 8pm.

• Flexibility to be on standby as needed.

• Customer-oriented mindset.

• Self-assuredness and independence in the role.
