Deckhand, Factory Worker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute a range of tasks associated with the operation of Mersey's boats.

• Clean, organize, and pack fish on ice, storing the catch in the hold.

• Repair nets, splice ropes, and maintain fishing gear along with other deck equipment.

• Set up and manage machines to bag, box, or otherwise package fish products.

• Inspect products and packaging for defects, ensuring compliance with company standards.

• Make necessary corrective adjustments to machinery as required.

• Document production details such as quantity, weight, date, and type of packaged products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess or be willing to acquire a Marine Emergency Duties (MED) certificate.

• Must have a valid passport and the ability to enter the United States and other countries.

• A readiness to travel and work flexible hours is essential.

• Preference will be granted to candidates with experience on harvest vessels.
