This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Enhance business outcomes through data-informed insights. Conduct analyses that reveal opportunities to boost product adoption, customer engagement, and revenue growth using robust analytical methods.
• Implement experimentation and causal analysis. Assist in the design and execution of A/B tests and causal inference studies to assess the effects of new product features, pricing strategies, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Contribute to product and business strategy. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to convert business inquiries into structured analytical frameworks and provide clear, actionable results.
• Deliver analytical solutions from start to finish. Manage the entire lifecycle of analytical projects, from defining problems and developing models to presenting insights and monitoring outcomes.
• Embrace AI-first thinking. Utilize AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Glean) to expedite analysis, enhance throughput, and improve the quality of deliverables.
• Clearly communicate insights. Convert analytical results into recommendations that both technical and non-technical stakeholders can comprehend and act upon.
• Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field (PhD is advantageous).
• 2–4 years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field with a proven ability to deliver actionable insights.
• Strong grasp of statistical modeling, machine learning principles, and experimental design (A/B testing).
• Experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Glean) to enhance productivity.
• High proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Proficient in Python or R for data analysis, modeling, and visualization.
• Familiarity with a Business Intelligence tool (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.).
• Experience with modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Fivetran).
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, capable of presenting complex analyses clearly.
• Experience in SaaS, product analytics, or EdTech environments is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.
