📋 Description

• Assist in defining the most impactful AI voice-agent applications for debt collection and recoveries.

• Determine key customer segments, including collection agencies, banks, lenders, fintechs, credit providers, BPO/contact centers, or internal collection departments.

• Provide insights on buyer personas, decision-makers, sales processes, and procurement challenges.

• Contribute to shaping product positioning, demonstration scenarios, pricing, and pilot frameworks.

• Connect Altamira with relevant industry contacts where there is a potential alignment.

• Aid in initial discovery and pilot discussions with prospective clients.

• Gather market feedback to assist in prioritizing product features.

• Evaluate competitive positioning and market readiness.

• Support the development of a repeatable go-to-market strategy for the solution.

• Extensive network within debt collection, recoveries, lending, banking, fintech, or credit operations.

• Practical knowledge of how collection agencies or internal collection departments procure technology.

• Capability to introduce us to relevant decision-makers.

• A commercial mindset with the ability to question product assumptions.

• Familiarity with collection workflows, call operations, and recovery processes.

• Proficient in English.

• Comfortable working with an early-stage AI product.
