This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Develop strong relationships across the dealership.
• Comprehend dealer partners’ objectives, challenges, market dynamics, competitors, and trends in the automotive sector.
• Offer customer support through coaching, training, and consultancy.
• Strategically implement procedures and provide guidance to executive management, floor management, and dealership departments regarding appropriate software utilization.
• Oversee daily dealer relationships.
• Advocate for product adoption and consistent usage within dealerships.
• Execute launch strategies and manage product deployment.
• Provide initial and ongoing training to dealers.
• Conduct routine monthly performance evaluations with dealers and the regional team.
• Act as the primary contact for dealership-related issues.
• Follow up on escalated dealership matters.
• Incorporate product best practices within client organizations and share with regional colleagues.
• Communicate and implement updates on product changes, new features, and releases in a timely manner.
• Cover a specific geographical area as a member of a larger team.
• Report directly to the Director of Dealer Relations.
• Manage over 20 accounts.
• Candidates must be located in the PA Market.
• Practical experience and thorough understanding of the daily operations of an automotive dealership.
• Willingness to travel as necessary within the designated territory.
• Deep knowledge of software platform functionalities, associated services, and technical aspects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, or customer service within a luxury automotive retail setting.
• Extensive experience with CRM tools and comfort with technology.
• Quick thinking and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Business savvy and financial understanding.
• Capability to build rapport and cultivate meaningful client relationships.
• Proficient negotiation skills.
• Skilled in seeking feedback, asking clarifying questions, and resolving issues in a non-confrontational manner.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a larger team.
• Competent in scheduling and prioritizing tasks.
• Capacity to evaluate performance and adjust work methods to achieve improved results.
• Strong belief in the company’s product and a vested interest in its success.
• Willingness to travel 80%–100% within the region and nationally as required.
