This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Dealer Network Acquisition: Actively seek out, pitch, and onboard both independent and franchised dealerships within designated specialty sectors (Truck, Marine, RV, or Powersports) throughout the US market.
• Consultative Sales & Partnerships: Collaborate directly with Dealer Principals, General Managers, and F&I Leaders to showcase how our innovative, technology-driven protection programs can enhance their per-vehicle-retail (PVR) profitability.
• Onboarding & Training: Facilitate the effective implementation of programs by educating dealership finance managers and sales teams on product offerings, coverage features, and platform usage.
• Market Growth: Serve as the key growth driver for your assigned region, pinpointing market opportunities and establishing our client as the leading tech-savvy alternative to traditional warranty providers.
• Relationship Management: Ensure high dealer satisfaction by acting as the strategic contact point, facilitating smooth integration, high engagement, and sustained volume growth.
• Industry Experience: A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated dealer-facing sales, account management, or business development experience specifically in an asset warranty provider, administrator, dealer development organization, or F&I company.
• Target Backgrounds: Direct experience with or participation in programs from industry leaders is highly advantageous.
• The "Hunter" Mentality: A proven history of opening doors, overcoming challenges, and building a robust, active portfolio of dealer business from the ground up.
• Established Network: A current, active network of relationships with dealership groups, independent vehicle centers, or industry distributors in the US, enabling you to deliver results swiftly.
• Financial Acumen: A comprehensive understanding of dealership P&L, menu-selling techniques, and commercial financing/F&I processes.
• Mobility: Willingness to engage in regular regional travel to support dealers in-person and secure major accounts.
• Disruptive Product: Offer a modern, efficient digital warranty solution that replaces the cumbersome, paper-heavy procedures of traditional competitors.
