This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Create presentations and proposals to effectively showcase company products and services to management at all levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships.
• Identify and engage with sales prospects as well as manage other assigned accounts.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals that emerge from field activities involving both independent and franchise dealers.
• Cultivate, sustain, and expand relationships with current and prospective dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer sectors.
• Maintain consistent and effective communication through phone calls and in-person visits with dealer partners to provide training on existing programs and expedited funding requirements.
• Offer solutions, rehash, and restructure vehicle loans to secure approvals in a manner that is profitable for both Westlake and the Dealership Partners.
• Aid in the formulation of sales contracts by informing the dealer about the necessary documentation for proper verification by Westlake Financial.
• Develop and maintain sales materials while staying updated on current financial product knowledge.
• Engage in marketing initiatives such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events aimed at independent and franchise dealers.
• Proven experience in Automotive, Finance, and Sales (mandatory).
• 1-2 years of prior experience in a Sales position with a demonstrated record of success.
• College degree (preferred) or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficient presentation skills, from initial design to final delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with advertising and sales promotion strategies.
• Strong computer proficiency and adaptability to emerging technologies.
• Goal-driven with a commitment to personal development and career advancement.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Knowledge or experience with DealerTrack, Routeone, or CUDL (advantageous).
• Previous experience in Outside Sales (preferred).
• Significant local travel to current and potential clients, necessitating possession of a valid state driver's license.
