Deal Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the APJ Deal Desk Lead to deliver valuable commercial insights through the interpretation and analysis of management information.

• Provide strategic support to Sales in reviewing and approving deal terms, legal agreements, pricing, and quotations, ensuring that transactions are structured efficiently and comply with corporate policies and guidelines.

• Actively engage with the Sales team to facilitate the closure of high-value transactions.

• Address any inquiries or issues promptly, resolving problems, offering solutions, or suggesting alternative courses of action.

• Demonstrate an emerging capability to promote a high level of service to internal customers, including Premium Deal Partners, sales teams, SEs, and CSMs.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by managing requests from start to finish.

• Review and structure opportunities, quotes, and orders effectively.

• Maintain a proficient understanding of the company's sales processes and objectives.

• Provide the sales teams with accurate and timely quote-to-invoice outcomes.

• Possess in-depth knowledge of the company’s product offerings.

• Timely and accurately manage weekly and quarterly forecast reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of substantial work experience in the cybersecurity or SaaS industry.

• Requires a strong knowledge of quoting, deal desk operations, and order management methods, theories, practices, and procedures.

• A proficient understanding of Q2I process responsibilities along with comprehensive knowledge of the broader Q2I framework.

• Experience in direct interactions with customers regarding contracts and/or with sales professionals is advantageous.

• A solid understanding of how to interpret and apply Revenue Recognition concepts (606).

• Ability to analyze and resolve issues while communicating practical solutions in a clear and straightforward manner.

• Strong commercial acumen and business insight.

• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and thoroughness.
