Deal Execution Manager – E‑Commerce M&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Managing transactions throughout all stages of the D4U-EXIT framework

• Engaging with clients and buyers

• Overseeing time and project management

• Coordinating internal teams

• Utilizing AI-assisted workflows

• Preparing documents and providing negotiation support

⛳️ Requirements

• Initial exposure to M&A (completion of an M&A internship or a first full-time position)

• Strong grasp of essential terms and process flows (LOI, DD, SPA, data room)

• High affinity for tools and AI technologies

• Ability to independently leverage AI for research, data preparation, and workflow automation

• Nice-to-have: Knowledge of the e-commerce sector

• Nice-to-have: 1–4 years of professional experience in a deal-oriented setting

• German: native proficiency

• English: fluent proficiency
