This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Oversee the processing of Closed Won orders and manage order transactions, ensuring precision and timely execution in accordance with established procedures.
• Create standard quotes using CPQ and handle Order Forms, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and compliant with pricing policies and approval protocols prior to deal closure.
• Take ownership of and resolve Deal Desk inquiries focused on technical and process-related issues, including CPQ, quoting, and account maintenance questions.
• Keep precise records of Salesforce accounts and orders throughout the entire deal lifecycle.
• Monitor the Deal Desk queue and address Sales team requests within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Collaborate with Senior Deal Desk team members on complex or escalated cases, highlighting issues that may require higher-level attention.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of Deal Desk Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), internal documentation, and knowledge resources.
• Assist with month-end and quarter-end closing activities, ensuring that all deals are processed correctly and punctually.
• Experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Order Management, or a related operational field.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce is essential; familiarity with CPQ tools is highly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Quote-to-Cash processes and order management fundamentals.
• A genuine interest in the commercial aspects—while you don't need to have all the answers (this is an entry-level position), you should be curious about the motivations behind deals (revenue, margin, deadlines, risks) and eager to develop in that area over time.
• A collaborative, people-first approach—comfortable building trust with Sales and stepping in to assist with deal reviews as needed, while also being willing to question processes and suggest improved methods.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing a significant volume of tasks accurately during peak times.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively during high-volume periods, including End of Month, Quarter, and Year-End.
• A self-starter who can adhere to structured workflows while proactively identifying issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Demonstrates strong automation and AI proficiency.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
