Deal Advisory Manager – Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with Partners and Directors to oversee the execution of buy-side and sell-side financial and tax due diligence engagements.

• Conduct analyses of earnings quality, asset quality, and working capital.

• Cultivate relationships with the senior leadership teams of clients and executives of target companies.

• Present due diligence findings in a comprehensive formal report.

• Mentor junior staff and provide constructive performance review feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred), Finance, or a related business field.

• Active CPA license or one in progress is required.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in professional services.

• At least 2 years of proven experience in healthcare diligence with providers and/or payers.

• Proficient in accounting, data analysis/mining, and critical thinking.

• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Willing to travel as necessary (expected to be less than 15%).
