Deal Advisory Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with Partners and Directors to oversee the activities related to buy-side and sell-side financial and tax due diligence projects across various industries.

• Conduct quality of earnings, quality of assets, and working capital assessments by engaging with management and analyzing & synthesizing data to uncover historical and future financial and operational trends that inform the deal negotiation process.

• Build and maintain relationships with senior leadership teams of clients and executives of target companies.

• Present due diligence findings through a formal report.

• Oversee junior staff and provide feedback for performance evaluations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred), Finance, or a related business field.

• An active CPA license or one in progress is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in professional services, including at least 2 years of proven financial due diligence experience.

• Strong skills in accounting, data analysis/mining, and critical thinking.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• A positive attitude, robust work ethic, and outstanding interpersonal/relationship-building capabilities.

• Strong project management skills with the capacity to handle multiple engagements simultaneously.

• Proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (expected to be less than 15%).
