This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Facilitates the onboarding and implementation process for new client accounts through a structured approach.
• Collaborates with Team Leaders to ensure optimal performance from Team Members;
• Provides process enhancement suggestions to clients based on DCX experience;
• Identifies opportunities for expansion within client accounts;
• Instructs customers on best practices for offshore operations;
• Addresses ongoing customer inquiries and resolves any issues;
• Fosters trust with stakeholders at DCX and within client accounts;
• Develops customer-specific dashboards and key performance indicators.
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• A degree in communications, business development, or business is preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven leadership skills.
• An ethical approach to business practices.
• Must possess a strong team-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• Experience with Excel (or a willingness to learn) is preferred.
• Background in the Branded Merchandise / Promotional Products Industry is advantageous.
• Familiarity with CRM and Project Management tools is a plus.
• E-commerce experience is beneficial.
