Database Administrator

📋 Description

• Oversee the Corrigo CMMS platform to guarantee peak system performance, uphold data integrity, and ensure compliance with operational standards through effective configuration management, regular system audits, and diligent database maintenance protocols.

• Set up system configurations such as user access permissions, asset/property hierarchies, work order scheduling mechanisms, and system integrations tailored to meet individual client needs.

• Collaborate with client teams as the main CMMS technical consultant and subject matter expert, efficiently processing data requests while accurately tracking time for billable services.

• Create reporting solutions and analytics that provide performance insights, assist account teams with intricate data analysis, and ensure comprehensive database accuracy through routine validation processes.

• Evaluate client change requests, offer impact assessments to aid in decision-making, and conduct system training and knowledge transfer to enhance platform adoption.

• Record and implement configuration modifications in line with change management protocols, investigate innovative solutions within current system capabilities, and apply process enhancements based on industry best practices.

• Certification in the Corrigo Platform with proven hands-on experience in administering the system.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, encompassing complex formulas, pivot tables, data analysis functions, and reporting features.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences.

• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple intricate projects simultaneously while upholding quality standards and meeting deadlines.
