Data Warehouse Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Analyze, process, and interpret extensive datasets to produce actionable insights.

• Create and sustain processes for data ingestion and transformation.

• Design models for data warehousing.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional experience with cloud-based solutions.

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with data warehouses.

• Familiarity with Snowflake.

• Strong SQL skills, including the ability to write complex analytical queries and perform data transformations.

• Knowledge of the Data Lakehouse methodology.

• Experience using source version control systems, such as Git.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• A proactive and open-minded attitude towards challenges and adopting new technologies.

• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.

• Experience with dbt and the AWS ecosystem (including MWAA, Lambda, SQS, SNS, S3) is an advantage.

• Familiarity with data visualization and BI tools like Power BI or Looker is a plus.

• Background in the media or advertising industry is not necessary.
