This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance Power BI data models and reporting solutions that address complex business requirements.

• Create engaging dashboards and analytical tools that enable teams to make informed, data-driven decisions.

• Assist in establishing and enhancing best practices, standards, and governance for data visualization throughout the organization.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across various teams (including Finance, Operations, and Commercial) to understand their challenges and convert them into clear, actionable insights.

• Quickly prototype and iterate solutions based on feedback and changing business needs.

• Take full ownership of projects from conception to delivery, ensuring diligent follow-through, proactive engagement, and resolution of all workstreams.

• Identify risks early, manage priorities effectively, and ensure high-quality results.

• Act as a Power BI subject matter expert, sharing knowledge and aiding in the development of team capabilities.

• Contribute to shaping the future of our data and analytics landscape, including architecture and tool selection.

• Maintain curiosity—research and investigate emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance our offerings.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another STEM-related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience with Power BI (including data modeling, DAX, and creating complex dashboards at scale).

• Strong proficiency in SQL, encompassing querying, data analysis, and working with relational databases to support scalable reporting solutions.

• Practical experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate); familiarity with Microsoft Fabric is highly desirable.

• Capability to work independently and take full ownership of projects from initiation to completion.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a thoughtful, solution-oriented approach.
