This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Implement approved updates to rosters, including additions, removals, and profile modifications.
• Execute distributor membership updates across various systems as per approval.
• Conduct manual data cleanup resulting from synchronization failures.
• Assist in the execution of mergers and acquisitions following approval.
• Keep records of all manual interventions performed.
• Raise any ambiguous situations according to the established process.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Data Entry Operator, Office Admin Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent verbal, written, and English communication skills.
• Availability to work overnight or graveyard shifts aligned with Philippine time or within US operating hours.
• Strong computer and internet proficiency, particularly in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• In-depth knowledge of office computer systems and software.
• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities with clients and customers.
• Comprehensive understanding of office management systems and procedures.
