Data Steward

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Ensure the precision, integrity, and validity of all master and reference data within Convergint’s core enterprise technology systems.

• Drive governance and compliance adherence, maintain high-quality master data, and support administrative, operational, and sales teams with actionable business insights.

• Collaborate with global business teams, vertical markets, local business users, and the data governance council to identify new requirements and enhance data management practices.

• Advise users on proper data entry standards and best practices to foster consistent data integrity, leading to accurate reporting and customer insights.

• Actively engage in data migrations, integrations, and reporting initiatives by preparing, validating, and reconciling data, ensuring timely, comprehensive, and precise information is accessible across systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BS or BBA) in Data Management & Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in data stewardship, data governance, master data management, or qualitative data analytics within a global enterprise environment.

• Familiarity with enterprise systems that support CRM, CPQ, ERP, FSM, analytics, etc.

• Advanced skills in Excel or SQL for validation, analysis, and reconciliation.

• Knowledge of Salesforce, Oracle, NetSuite, master data management (MDM), and data model structures.

• Certifications: DAMA Certified Data Management Professional or similar MDM Certifications; Salesforce Certified Administrator; Oracle Cloud Certifications; NetSuite Administrator Certification; or equivalent.

• Multilingual capabilities: Support stewardship across diverse regions.
