Data Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance end-to-end data pipelines and warehousing utilizing Stitch and Google BigQuery.

• Create, develop, and uphold comprehensive dashboards and reporting suites within Looker Studio.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to establish and validate Google Analytics tracking; deliver on-demand analyses and bespoke reporting for cross-functional teams.

• Implement stringent validation protocols to guarantee that all reported data remains 100% accurate and reliable at all times.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in a Data Analyst / Data Specialist / Analytics-centric role.

• Demonstrated experience in managing data pipelines and warehouses (e.g., Stitch or similar ETL tools, Google BigQuery).

• Proficient in Looker Studio, including the creation of dashboards and the formulation of DAX measures, calculated columns, and tables.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4 preferred), including event tracking and data analysis.

• Proven ability to validate data, perform quality assurance on dashboards, and ensure the accuracy of reports.

• Strong analytical capabilities with a knack for recognizing trends, identifying anomalies, and converting data into actionable insights.

• Experience in generating custom, on-demand reports for cross-functional teams.

• Comfortable overseeing analytics from start to finish with meticulous attention to detail and accountability.

• Highly organized, adept at documenting work and tracking tasks using tools such as Trello or similar.

• Effective and responsive communicator in a fully remote work setting.
