Data Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +9 more states.

📋 Description

• Evaluating and interpreting assessment data concerning individual student success and overall academic performance from grades K–12.

• Ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of student achievement records.

• Assisting in data analysis training for educators and administrators to enhance instruction and student learning outcomes.

• Gathering data for mandatory assessments, utilizing statistical techniques, analyzing school and state data to highlight trends and comparisons, and preparing reports for stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced skills in Excel.

• A minimum of three (3) years of pertinent experience in data analysis.

• Proficiency in PowerBi or a similar database software.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.

• Experience in creating reports and/or dashboards.

• Must be able to pass a background check.
