Data Scientist – Specialty Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Assist Specialty Operations by leveraging advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and AI-driven solutions.

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to pinpoint opportunities, address operational challenges, and achieve measurable business outcomes in specialty pharmacy and healthcare operations.

• Create predictive models, conduct exploratory and statistical analyses, and convert intricate findings into actionable recommendations for both operational and executive audiences.

• Play a role in emerging AI initiatives, including the design and development of AI agents and intelligent automation capabilities aimed at improving operational efficiency and decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or a relevant quantitative field.

• Strong expertise in predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and machine learning methodologies.

• Proficient in Python and/or R for data analysis and model development.

• Experience with SQL and large-scale structured datasets.

• Proven ability to communicate analytical insights and recommendations to non-technical business stakeholders.

• Experience in developing dashboards, reports, or operational insights that facilitate business decisions.

• Familiarity with statistical techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, hypothesis testing, and forecasting.

• Capacity to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, business-oriented environment.
