This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• This position integrates architectural vision, technical depth, and consultative engagement.

• We are seeking professionals who can transform complex challenges into scalable, modern, and results-oriented data solutions.

• You will conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) focusing on product performance and customer behavior.

• You will develop predictive models and recommendation algorithms (e.g., next best offer, segmentation, classification).

• Translate complex data into clear insights to support strategic decisions in the Product and Business areas.

• Identify behavior patterns, segment customers, and suggest data-driven actions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist on projects focused on products and recommendations.

• Technical knowledge in: Python (pandas, scikit-learn, etc.), SQL, and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

• Experience with machine learning libraries and recommendation algorithms.

• Proficiency in statistical analysis and handling large volumes of data.

• Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and effective communication with various departments.
