This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Collaborate with the lead data scientist in the creation and refinement of predictive models (e.g., forecasting equipment failures, estimating lead times, or optimizing inventory levels).
β’ Assist in validating data, performing feature engineering, and conducting quality checks on extensive Army datasets to ensure the reliability of models.
β’ Continuously enhance expert-level proficiency in Palantir Foundry to construct, update, and repurpose predictive dashboards.
β’ Contribute to the development and updating of training materials, job aids, and technical documentation for predictive tools to promote institutional adoption.
β’ Facilitate the reuse and ongoing maintenance of analytics products and sustainment artifacts.
β’ Masterβs Degree (or nearing completion) in Data Analytics or a related quantitative discipline.
β’ 0β2 years of pertinent experience (including substantial graduate-level research, laboratory work, teaching, or internships).
β’ Comprehensive understanding of supervised learning algorithms, statistical inference, and predictive modeling processes.
β’ Proven expertise in Python-based data science frameworks (e.g., Pandas, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail in technical documentation and version control practices.
β’ Current or eligibility to obtain and maintain Secret Security Clearance.
