This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Act as the main delivery partner aiding CST teams in developing solution approaches, delivery strategies, and customer adoption plans across commercial and operational sectors.
• Facilitate discovery sessions with stakeholders in areas such as parts, pricing, sales operations, marketing, service, and analytics to identify data product requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Convert business needs into technical specifications, delivery roadmaps, and value-centric product backlogs.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customer stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and continuous value realization.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of data products supporting use cases like pricing optimization, parts availability insights, lead scoring, external data enrichment, customer segmentation, and commercial performance analytics.
• Rank features and enhancements based on business value, feasibility, and customer impact.
• Guide cross-functional delivery teams—including data engineers, analysts, platform engineers, and SMEs—through Agile execution.
• Ensure data products adhere to medallion architecture principles (bronze/silver/gold) for quality, scalability, and reusability.
• Supervise the design and development of data pipelines, transformations, and models using SQL, Python, and contemporary ETL/ELT frameworks.
• Spearhead the implementation of open lakehouse architectures capable of accommodating structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
• Guarantee robust data quality, lineage, metadata management, and governance practices across all delivered products.
• Assist in the integration of varied data sources including CRM, ERP/SAP, pricing systems, parts catalogs, marketing platforms, and external data providers.
• Collaborate with commercial, operational, customer success, and engineering teams to ensure strategy, delivery, and adoption alignment.
• Relay progress, risks, and outcomes to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Support pre-sales and solution-shaping discussions as needed to confirm delivery feasibility and architectural direction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering.
• Over 5 years of experience in a Product Management role; leading comprehensive product delivery, including product roadmap execution.
• More than 5 years of experience managing stakeholders and collaborating across various organizational departments.
• At least 5 years of experience in data analytics or data engineering roles focused on building data models and production-grade data products.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing sectors.
• Must possess unrestricted authorization to work in the USA. No visa sponsorship available.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering is preferred.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Snowflake, and GCP; familiarity with GCP is a plus.
• Background in supporting commercial, operational, or customer-facing analytics within enterprise environments.
• Exposure to ML/AI workflows and MLOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with open lakehouse architectures and medallion data product designs.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and modern ETL/ELT frameworks.
• Understanding of data governance fundamentals, including data quality, lineage, cataloging, and access controls.
• Experience in integrating and modeling data from ERP systems, with a preference for SAP.
• Familiarity with pricing, parts and service operations, lead generation, customer lifecycle analytics, and external data enrichment.
• Understanding of commercial KPIs, funnel metrics, pricing structures, and operational performance indicators.
• Ability to translate business objectives into data product requirements across various functional areas.
• Proven capability to lead customer engagements, manage expectations, and promote the adoption of technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical audiences.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams within an Agile delivery framework.
