This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Contribute actively to the US Health roadmap and engage with clients, working with a variety of data types including structured claims data, free text, documents, and images.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines tailored for LLMs and multi-modal models.
• Design, create, and implement solutions based on LLMs for claims processing, document comprehension, and associated use cases.
• Explore Agentic AI technologies and produce a minimum viable product for next-generation payment integrity solutions.
• Develop custom tools for the agent that enable querying of internal databases, accessing external weather APIs, or calculating impact force from telemetry data.
• Establish stringent evaluation frameworks to guarantee that the agent’s decisions are unbiased, legally compliant, and easily explainable.
• Uphold responsible AI practices, including privacy considerations, hallucination mitigation, explainability, and adherence to compliance standards.
• Facilitate client workshops, present prototypes, gather feedback, and assist in defining roadmap priorities.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Science and Healthcare Insurance Payment Integrity.
• Expert-level proficiency in production-grade object-oriented programming (OOP) for constructing scalable and dependable systems.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI methods (including RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering, and model tuning).
• Strong foundation in machine learning principles with practical experience across the complete machine learning lifecycle, encompassing model evaluation, monitoring, versioning, and deployment in production settings.
• Experience in designing and executing robust data pipelines for document processing, OCR, and multi-modal data workflows.
• Familiarity with integrating frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph, OpenAI Agent SDK, CrewAI, and A2A/MCP with Databricks or Azure-hosted models.
• Proven ability to engage effectively with clients, translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical solutions while managing stakeholder expectations.
