📋 Description

• Create, develop, and implement machine learning solutions — encompassing data pipelines, model training workflows, and experiences powered by large language models.

• Enhance the performance, reliability, and accuracy of large language models operating in production environments.

• Establish and monitor significant metrics that provide insights into user behavior and product impact.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to uncover opportunities where data and AI can foster innovation.

• Construct and maintain extensive datasets that facilitate advanced analytics and machine learning applications.

• Design tools, models, and experimentation frameworks that expedite product development and informed decision-making.

• Act as a technical thought leader, influencing our data science and AI strategies throughout the organization.

• Guide and support fellow data scientists, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with large-scale large language models and contemporary machine learning systems in production.

• Over 3 years of experience in building and refining machine learning or NLP models.

• Strong analytical capabilities, particularly when dealing with large or unstructured datasets.

• Experience in mentoring or leading fellow data scientists, with a sincere passion for fostering teammates' growth.

• A proactive individual who excels in autonomy and relishes the challenge of devising creative solutions to intricate problems.

• Exceptional communication skills — capable of translating technical findings into business implications.

• Strong problem-solving instincts and a fervor for developing data and AI-driven products.
