Data Scientist

📋 Description

• Become a part of the central Data Science & Analytics team, integrating with growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships.

• Take ownership of the analytical function for the designated business unit from start to finish.

• Identify the business inquiries and decisions that analyses should address.

• Challenge insufficient questions and clarify the accurate problems that need solutions.

• Establish metrics and create reports.

• Independently extract, organize, and analyze data.

• Conduct analyses and design experiments.

• Generate insights that enhance key business metrics.

• Present findings and recommendations to counterparts in product, growth, finance, or operations.

• Clarify what is occurring, why it is happening, and suggest the next steps.

• Propel decisions and ensure initiatives are executed to completion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or a high-growth technology company.

• Strong analytical abilities; capacity to independently extract, structure, and interpret data.

• Proven history of managing ambiguous challenges and delivering significant impact.

• Excellent and persuasive communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions at the leadership level.

• Analytical expertise in SQL or Python.

• Familiarity with SQL (ClickHouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub.

• Must currently live in an eligible hiring location: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada.
