Data Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the creation and implementation of a range of GenAI applications to support the global marketing team.

• Designing and integrating innovative data science algorithms into the core of these end-user applications.

• Guaranteeing application efficiency while complying with enterprise standards and best practices in development.

• Guiding and mentoring junior data scientists.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree or its foreign equivalent in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Mathematics, Marketing Science, Industrial Engineering, Computer Applications, or a similar field, along with 5 years of experience in the position offered or a related role.

• 5 years of experience in each of the following areas is mandatory: 1. Python and SQL programming for data extraction, analysis, or integration. 2. Utilizing cloud services (Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure) and constructing data processing pipelines (Spark and Dataflow) while leveraging managed machine learning services. 3. Designing, implementing, and analyzing A/B tests, as well as experimental design methodologies. 4. MLOps practices, including model deployment, version control, and automated monitoring in production settings.

• 4 years of experience in each of the following areas is essential: 1. Data architecture and GenAI pipeline development using OpenAI, LLaMA, Gemini, Vertex AI, or AutoML. 2. Advanced statistical modeling and machine learning techniques, including regression, classification, forecasting, and causal inference, using relevant data science libraries and frameworks (Scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow/PyTorch, or Pandas).

• 3 years of experience in the following area is required: 1. Development of GenAI and machine learning models.
