This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate across teams including Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to establish metrics, assess outcomes, and analyze impact.
• Develop and oversee data pipelines, data models, dashboards, and analytical frameworks that facilitate product, operational, and strategic decision-making.
• Perform analyses to gain insights into product adoption, customer engagement, business performance, and operational efficiency.
• Assist in the creation of analytics best practices, shared datasets, and metrics utilized across the company.
• Actively seek and respond to feedback from internal stakeholders, iterating swiftly with a focus on delivering value.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; candidates from non-traditional backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
• 2+ years of experience in developing data models, pipelines, and comprehensive analytical solutions using Python and SQL. Proficient in OOP and functional programming, as well as code organization beyond simple scripts and debugging workflows.
• Familiarity with dataframe libraries such as pandas and polars.
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes and orchestration tools like Airflow and dbt.
• Proficient with cloud services including AWS S3, EC2, and RDS.
• Ability to design data systems with a focus on scalability, performance, and cost-effectiveness, especially for compute- and data-intensive workloads.
• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, prioritizing tasks based on evolving business requirements.
• Comfortable working remotely within a collaborative, technical team environment.
