This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Design and execute data science models aimed at enhancing learning, assessment, and training platforms.

• Perform data analysis, statistical evaluation, and predictive modeling to uncover trends and patterns in educational data.

• Create machine learning models such as logistic regression, random forests, and clustering algorithms specifically for educational applications.

• Apply psychometric techniques, including Item Response Theory and Rasch Models, to elevate the quality of assessment data.

• Develop data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI and Tableau for the benefit of educational stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including educators and researchers, to gather requirements and provide insights.

• Enhance ETL processes for data integration and preprocessing tailored to educational datasets.

• Assist in the creation of adaptive learning systems and personalized learning experiences driven by data.

• Utilize Graph API and OData endpoints to integrate and analyze data from diverse sources.

• Engage with large language models (LLMs) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques to improve educational tools and deliver personalized learning experiences.

• Utilize vector databases to efficiently store and retrieve high-dimensional data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Big Data Analytics), Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline.

• 3-5 years of experience in data science, emphasizing predictive analytics and machine learning.

• Proficiency in programming languages and tools such as Python, SQL, SAS, and advanced Excel.

• Familiarity with business intelligence tools like Power BI and Tableau.

• Strong grasp of psychometric models and advanced statistical methodologies.

• Demonstrated experience in implementing Graph API and utilizing OData endpoints.

• Experience with large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and vector databases.

• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Proven success in enhancing educational outcomes through data-driven strategies.

• Solid foundation in statistical analysis, including exploratory data analysis and inferential statistics.
