This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the preparation, design, and implementation of models and data products aimed at enhancing the academic and business outcomes of Stride.
• Collaborate as a member of the analytics team to identify and analyze school data, proprietary data, and third-party data, addressing relevant research questions and delivering replicable, well-documented analyses.
• Utilize tools such as DBT, SQL, Python, and GitHub to gather, organize, and model data sets to meet business functionality requirements.
• Design, create, deploy, and maintain various products and applications via the Power BI service.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to generate insights and summarize key conclusions, constraints, or cautions.
• Engage in cross-functional relationships to synthesize knowledge of data domains.
• Support initiatives aimed at ensuring data integrity and normalization, which includes data ownership responsibilities.
• Process confidential data and information in accordance with established guidelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information & Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent training.
• Three (3) years of relevant professional experience with BI tools and SQL modeling, including at least one (1) year of experience in action and outcome-oriented data analysis, OR demonstrated experience in managing large data sets and relational databases for BI products, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
