Data Reporting Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Ensuring timely receipt of credit reporting data for appropriate loading.

• Responsible for maintaining data quality, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving process improvement initiatives.

• Monitor and oversee all incoming data to ensure compliance with data integrity and quality control standards.

• Collaborate with customers to resolve data quality concerns.

• Ensure that data suppliers comply with established reporting and data quality standards.

• Provide both online and in-person training for customer onboarding.

• Generate and distribute cumulative reports.

• Manage and respond to incoming correspondence.

• Identify operational redundancies and gaps within the required standard operational procedure guidelines.

• Assist internal teams with various interdepartmental projects.

• Ensure adherence to all relevant provincial and federal laws as well as TransUnion regulations.

• Analyze output data and provide quality assurance and production feedback to team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• A College diploma along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the credit or financial services sector.

• Highly detail-oriented and organized, with a proven capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• An inquisitive mindset, possessing a natural ability to identify anomalies and a strong desire to investigate further.

• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• The ideal candidate should be comfortable collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Knowledge of credit reporting is a significant advantage.

• Strong technical and reporting capabilities.

• High levels of computer literacy, particularly in Excel.

• Proficient in English at an advanced level.
