This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.

• Assess data pipelines to guarantee data quality, reliability, and consistency across contemporary data platforms.

• Establish automated quality checks within Databricks workflows.

• Manage the reconciliation process between source systems and Databricks layers.

• Validate identity resolution results and probe into false positives and negatives.

• Conduct comprehensive pipeline testing and document quality assurance processes.

• Proven experience with Azure-based data platforms, particularly Databricks.

• In-depth knowledge of data quality frameworks and testing methodologies applicable to data pipelines.

• Experience in validating ETL/ELT processes and working with layered architectures (Bronze, Silver, Gold).

• Proficient SQL skills with experience in analyzing extensive datasets.

• Experience in implementing automated data validation and reconciliation methods.

• Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting of data pipelines.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with Data Engineers and business stakeholders.

• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Experience in systematically documenting quality assurance processes and results.

• Proficiency in English: Advanced (essential for effective communication with global teams).
