This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Enhances enterprise value by identifying and developing automation opportunities across various CenterWell segments, including Home Health, Primary Care, and Pharmacy.
• Collaborates with team members to identify workflow inefficiencies and create human-centered, AI-enhanced solutions that improve user experience, efficiency, usage, and clinical/operational results.
• Establishes leading indicators to assess critical CenterWell successes and support ongoing improvements.
• Advocates for scalable, reusable automation capabilities and the responsible adoption of automation within a regulated healthcare framework.
• Engages directly with CenterWell segments to discover, shape, and promote automation opportunities that yield measurable benefits.
• Utilizes data analysis, journey mapping, Master Data Management (MDM), and data process mapping to pinpoint patient data, assess opportunity sizes, and establish clear leading indicators for success.
• Oversees the development of automation use cases from inception to validation, collaborating with product, engineering, clinical, compliance, IT, and operational teams.
• Ensures that solutions fulfill user requirements, encourage the reuse of scalable AI-enabled capabilities, and refine opportunities based on performance insights and changing priorities.
• Over 5 years of experience in strategy development, service design, process improvement, or roles focused on automation, with a track record of opportunity development.
• Proficient in process mapping techniques (e.g., journey maps, swimlanes, value stream mapping) and leveraging data to identify inefficiencies, evaluate opportunities, and establish leading indicators.
• Familiarity with automation technologies (e.g., RPA, workflow orchestration, agentic automation) and experience with AI/ML or generative AI applications in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of healthcare workflows and ecosystems, encompassing clinical and operational processes across Home Health, Primary Care, or Pharmacy.
• Experience in managing sprint planning and Program Increment (PI) planning, including backlog prioritization, consensus building, dependency tracking, and ensuring delivery readiness.
• Capability to collaborate with product, engineering, clinical, compliance, and operations teams to shape and enhance solutions.
• Ability to convert user needs and challenges into scalable, experience-focused solutions.
• Strong storytelling and stakeholder management abilities, with a talent for aligning diverse teams around opportunities and outcomes.
