This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Provide technical guidance for the data team

• Define and oversee the strategy for the data and AI product portfolio

• Develop and sustain the corporate data and AI roadmap

• Ensure alignment of data initiatives with the company's strategic goals

• Lead the definition of portfolio OKRs and monitor key performance indicators and ROI

• Present results and progress in the area to senior leadership

• Facilitate data product discovery processes with various business units

• Prioritize the corporate backlog of data and AI projects

• Establish standards, metrics, and quality agreements for data products (SLAs/SLOs)

• Act as an integrator across different areas to ensure interoperability and a holistic perspective

• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Analytics, and MLOps teams to deliver products

• Oversee product launches, internal communications, and the adoption of data products

• Gather and analyze user feedback for ongoing improvements

• Assist in structuring processes and documentation for the Data-as-a-Product practice

• Extensive experience in providing technical leadership for data teams (Data Engineering, BI, Data Science/Analytics)

• Proficient in programming and data manipulation languages, particularly SQL and Python

• Experience in building, maintaining, and architecting Data Warehouses, data pipelines, and ETL/ELT processes

• Familiarity with visualization and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Streamlit)

• Experience with cloud platforms, primarily AWS (S3, Athena)

• Technical expertise with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)

• Understanding of agile management (Scrum), backlog prioritization frameworks, and OKR/quality metric definitions (SLA/SLO)

• Strong analytical skills to convert complex business requirements into scalable data products

• Bachelor's degree in fields such as Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related areas

• Practical knowledge of data orchestration and ingestion tools such as Apache Hop, Apache NiFi, Pentaho, and SAS

• Previous experience in the supplemental health sector, including health plan operations, familiarity with care rules, claim denials/glosas, ANS

• Solid understanding of data governance practices and compliance with privacy legislation (LGPD)

• Familiar with the lifecycle of predictive models, MLOps, and Artificial Intelligence
