This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Establish and lead the vision for the data platform product, including a long-term roadmap and prioritized backlog that aligns with the Data Products Strategy.
• Position the platform as a scalable, reusable internal asset that supports customer-oriented and revenue-generating initiatives.
• Convert strategic goals into actionable product increments, epics, and success metrics while balancing speed, quality, cost, and scalability.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Machine Learning, and Architecture teams to effectively plan and sequence delivery within an agile framework.
• Specify platform requirements that facilitate machine learning, MLOps, feature stores, model deployment, and monitoring.
• Guarantee the availability of high-quality, well-governed, and feature-ready datasets for Data Science and Machine Learning teams.
• Integrate data quality, lineage, observability, privacy, and regulatory standards into platform design and governance protocols.
• Serve as the main point of contact between technology teams and non-technical stakeholders, articulating platform capabilities in a clear and outcome-focused manner.
• Over 7 years of experience in product management, specifically with a strong focus on data platforms, analytics, or AI-enabled products.
• Deep understanding of contemporary data architectures, cloud platforms, and data lifecycle management.
• Proven experience collaborating closely with Data Engineering, Machine Learning, and Architecture teams.
• A commercial mindset that connects platform capabilities to customer and revenue results.
• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization.
• Experience in regulated or trust-critical industries is highly preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
