Data Product Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee projects aimed at enhancing the data product offerings by collaborating with engineering teams or leveraging AI tools to identify challenges, formulate solutions, and deliver results.

• Conduct independent investigations into data quality concerns and take full ownership of the feedback process, from identifying root causes to resolving issues and communicating effectively with Customer Success and clients.

• Create, develop, and implement quality assurance procedures to proactively detect and mitigate data integrity problems.

• Establish repeatable, automated checks to minimize dependence on manual investigations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a technical product management or analytics position within a data-centric organization.

• Strong technical proficiency in handling dataframes and performing complex data manipulation using tools such as Python, SQL, Pandas, and Spark.

• Proven experience in developing and executing quality assurance processes for datasets.

• A tendency to automate repetitive tasks and focus on reproducibility.

• Familiarity with AI tools to expedite data analysis, investigations, and documentation.

• Professional-level proficiency in English, as it is the primary language for documentation, Slack communications, and meetings across the company.

• **Nice to Have**

• Experience in owning or contributing to products related to AI/ML initiatives.

• Familiarity with large geospatial datasets.

• Experience using Pyspark, Scala, and Apache Sedona.

• Background in direct communication with customers.
