This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the Enterprise Reporting Roadmap: Establish and oversee the strategic direction for high-level reporting requirements utilized throughout the organization, emphasizing usability, accuracy, and alignment with executive priorities.
• Lead KPI Stewardship: Function as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all enterprise KPIs – ensuring uniformity, clarity, and comprehensive documentation of definitions and methodologies.
• Drive Cross-Functional Delivery: Work collaboratively with analytics, FP&A, and data engineering teams to guarantee timely and precise delivery of quarterly and monthly reporting packages (such as those for Earnings Calls and Board meetings).
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for senior leaders concerning enterprise reporting requirements, data interpretation, and prioritization of the reporting roadmap.
• Reporting QA & Governance: Manage the QA process and change management procedures for all executive reporting assets to maintain a high level of data integrity.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify shortcomings in data availability, reporting processes, and visualization tools, and pursue enhancements that can be implemented across EverCommerce’s diverse portfolio of businesses.
• Over 5 years of experience in product management, data analytics, or business intelligence, ideally within a multi-brand or enterprise context.
• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional data projects with visibility at the executive level.
• Comprehensive understanding of business KPIs, financial metrics, and operational reporting.
• Strong project management abilities, including experience in developing roadmaps and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Exceptional communication skills – capable of converting complex data subjects into straightforward business language for senior audiences.
• Familiarity with BI tools (such as Power BI, Tableau), data platforms (like Snowflake, dbt), and cloud platforms (including AWS, GCP) is advantageous.
• Experience in the Payments sector - knowledge of tools, compliance requirements, and standards is a significant plus.
