This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Develop and oversee the data product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with the strategic goals of the area.

• Convert business requirements into epics, features, user stories, and precise, actionable acceptance criteria.

• Manage and prioritize the Jira backlog, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and technical teams.

• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including refinement, planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to clarify requirements, eliminate obstacles, and support deliverables.

• Assist in defining metrics, business rules, and analytical data products.

• Track product development and assist in data- and metric-driven decision-making.

• Strong background as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Data Product Manager, or in an Agile Delivery role related to data projects.

• Familiarity with Databricks, Lakehouse, or other contemporary data platforms.

• Experience in communicating with technical data engineering teams.

• Practical experience with Jira, including managing backlogs, and creating epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization abilities.

• Proficient in Spanish for interaction with stakeholders and international teams.

• Preferred: Proficiency in English for reading technical documentation and collaborating with global teams.

• Experience in Finance, FP&A, billing, or financial data projects.

• Knowledge of Power BI, semantic layers, or data products.

• Familiarity with Confluence and data governance.
