Data Processing Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assess the scripting logic in questionnaires to guarantee that syntaxes can be pre-written for survey validation.

• Identify and communicate with Survey Programmers or broader project teams when scripting logic appears unclear.

• Offer recommendations to enhance scripting logic and ensure data integrity.

• Make certain that data is provided in the format preferred by the client, free of errors.

• Add an extra layer of verification for data quality assurance.

• Deliver precise and timely ETAs on data processing assignments to meet deadlines.

• Create table outputs or data in the format specified by the client.

• Utilize SPSS for quality assurance, offering internal or external support, and managing customized requests.

• Address data inquiries from both internal and external parties as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a Data Processing position or similar role, including data validation using SPSS.

• Advanced proficiency in SPSS and Excel.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and punctually with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Strong attention to detail with the capability to conduct thorough quality checks on personal work.

• Competence in prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.

• Willingness to work the Australian shift.
