Data Processing Associate – Clinical Lab Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Execute Pre-Accessioning Order Processing tasks as instructed by the team lead.

• Enter order details into Invitae systems accurately.

• Conduct quality control checks on previously inputted data within Invitae systems.

• Collaborate with our Accessioning and Client Services teams as required.

• Maintain reports as needed.

• Engage in compliance activities.

• Attend team meetings and training sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare, science, data processing, or a related field.

• Ideally, have 1 or more years of experience in a genetic testing clinical laboratory.

• Preferably, have 1 or more years of experience working in a collaborative team setting.

• Prior or current experience with Invitae is a plus.

• Preferably, have 1 or more years of experience in a metric/volume driven role.

• Demonstrate strong data entry and typing capabilities.

• Exhibit a high level of attention to detail and possess problem-solving skills.

• Show flexibility and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities.

• Have experience or knowledge in genetic testing or a related field.

• Be proficient with Salesforce, JIRA, or comparable CRM/ticketing platforms.

• Maintain a reliable high-speed internet connection.
