This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and implement data synchronization and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes between the primary CRM (such as Salesforce) and various third-party revenue sources, ensuring the consistency and accuracy of data.
• Create, maintain, and execute reports and data extracts to assist finance, development, and marketing teams with reconciliation, campaign analysis, and list generation.
• Serve as the primary contact for data inquiries from the advancement team and channel leaders.
• Offer initial technical troubleshooting and resolution for data integrity issues, system errors, and integration failures across donor systems.
• Manage duplicate merges, routine data updates, and address basic system inquiries.
• Design efficient methods to batch data into Salesforce when integration is not feasible, or to disaggregate third-party data flows.
• Administer and configure donor-facing technology platforms and internal CRM settings in collaboration with development and technology teams.
• Collaborate closely with revenue teams, marketing, and content on all systems support.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all data flows, system integrations, reporting processes, and data quality standards.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Exhibit attention to detail and precision in all tasks.
• Show a commitment to creating and sustaining an environment of inclusivity.
• Expertise in the administration and data management of a prominent CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce NPSP, Raiser’s Edge, Dynamics).
• Proficient in data querying languages or tools (e.g., SQL, SOQL, or advanced Excel/Google Sheets functions) for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with data integration or ETL tools (e.g., Mulesoft, Zapier, Informatica) to connect different systems.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Proven planning and problem-solving abilities, including multitasking and thriving under tight deadlines.
