Data Mining Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze, interpret, and visualize trends in medical data to produce actionable insights that facilitate new business processes and improve existing ones.

• Efficiently execute, maintain, and monitor SQL queries to achieve business objectives.

• Develop and manage comprehensive reports that integrate narrative and visual components to effectively convey results to various audiences.

• Continuously assess and enhance data mining and enrichment processes, creating tools and programs to uncover new opportunities.

• Lead and oversee small data projects, ensuring they are completed on time and successfully.

• Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure data insights align with organizational goals.

• Construct custom reporting queries for Business Operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related discipline.

• At least five years of advanced experience with Microsoft SQL.

• Strong preference for experience with medical and pharmacy claims.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• SQL experience within a Big Data environment.

• Ability to proactively devise innovative solutions while managing multiple tasks.

• Excellent analytical skills, capable of thriving in a high-performing, collaborative setting.
