This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

• Manage the data management elements of clinical trials, ensuring the precision and integrity of vital information.

• Collaborate closely with Clinical Project Managers on the data management facets of a clinical trial.

• Develop, validate, and maintain project-specific databases.

• Create data transfer specifications in partnership with our various clients.

• Program and validate data exports utilizing SQL, R, and other tools.

• Ensure the quality and prompt delivery of all data transfers.

• Experience in data management, ideally within a pharmaceutical or biotech setting.

• Proficiency in programming (SQL).

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• A strong affinity for IT.

• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a capacity for innovative thinking.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills, including communication, organizational, and time management capabilities.

• Experience with R and LIS systems is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with operating in CAP, CLIA, and GCP environments, along with a working knowledge of FDA guidelines pertaining to clinical trials.
