Data Integration Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Prepare, format, and import reports, documents, and data files provided by customers using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and ECP’s proprietary web-based platform.

• Adjust and organize files to ensure compatibility with import requirements and software specifications.

• Conduct quality assurance checks on customer documents prior to and following the import process.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to file formatting, data integrity, and document quality.

• Guarantee that file imports adhere to internal standards and meet customer expectations.

• Complete tasks with time sensitivity while ensuring accuracy and reliability.

• Engage with internal teams and external customers to clarify requirements, provide status updates, resolve issues, and support cross-functional initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate’s degree is preferred.

• Experience in scheduling and hosting virtual meetings.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities to formulate next steps and ensure positive outcomes for customers.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in a professional setting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft products.

• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors in documents and data.

• Outstanding time management and organizational skills, enabling effective task prioritization.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with teams and customers.

• Capacity to quickly learn and adapt to proprietary software and new technology tools.

• Experience in data, operations, or document management roles is advantageous.

• Previous experience with web-based or SaaS platforms.

• Familiarity with data formatting, document standards, or import workflows.
