This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with data stakeholders, product teams, and technology partners to provide reliable, high-quality, and compliant data throughout the organization.

• Engage internationally with internal and external data providers, managing global data across various formats, including APIs and batch processing.

• Document, develop, and sustain comprehensive end-to-end data mappings from international third-party providers, integrating their data into our ecosystem.

• Participate in user acceptance testing and validation of data integration processes.

• Partner with technical teams (business analysts, IT teams) to facilitate effective data integration and collaborate with the business to enhance understanding of the data as it relates to business needs.

• Communicate with data providers to ensure clarity and thoroughness of the integrated data.

• Maintain consistent and technically accurate communication with all internal and external stakeholders.

• Work with technical teams to investigate ingestion failures and escalate ongoing issues with comprehensive documentation.

• Monitor the performance of data ingestion.

• Ensure the documentation of mapping processes and test results, contributing to the continuous improvement of these processes.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining detailed data mappings in a BtoB environment.

• Practical knowledge or an academic degree in understanding financial statements and assessing the creditworthiness of companies.

• Strong communication skills to articulate complex data concepts clearly to both technical and business audiences.

• Excellent proficiency in English is required; proficiency in an additional language is considered advantageous.

• Experience with commercial business information, along with a solid understanding of international and local financial standards.

• Experience working with data from diverse global sources in various formats, such as APIs and batch processing.

• Practical experience with JSON and XSLT, translating structures into pseudocode for transformation and integration.

• Experience collaborating internationally with external third-party data vendors.

• Background in the business information services industry.

• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR).

• Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.

• Working knowledge of data ownership principles and experience operating within data ownership and stewardship frameworks.
