This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate technical discovery sessions with hospital IT and supply chain teams.
• Gain an understanding of source systems, data architectures, and integration needs.
• Design, construct, and take ownership of production data pipelines that ingest and transform customer ERP, supply chain, and operational data.
• Resolve live customer integration issues, addressing schema mismatches, authentication challenges, and upstream data quality concerns.
• Develop reusable connectors and integration methodologies to streamline onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to convert field insights into enhancements for the platform.
• Keep documentation and runbooks updated to ensure scalable integration support.
• Relay integration status, risks, and timelines to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A minimum of 4 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficient in Python and SQL, with hands-on coding experience in production.
• Practical experience in constructing and managing data pipelines or system integrations within a production setting.
• Comfortable engaging directly with external customers or stakeholders.
• Capable of conducting technical discovery calls, managing expectations, and communicating effectively under pressure.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, SFTP, or other data exchange methods.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Preferably experienced with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) or EHR/ERP systems (Epic, Cerner, Workday, Oracle, Infor).
• Knowledge of healthcare supply chain or hospital operations is preferred.
• Previous experience in an early-stage startup is advantageous.
• Expertise in Python, SQL, REST APIs, ETL/data pipelines, and AWS or comparable cloud solutions.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship.
