Data Insights Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Create and oversee data pipelines and ETL workflows that facilitate analytics, reporting, and advertising functions.

• Examine extensive datasets to produce actionable insights for internal teams, data collaborators, and advertising clients.

• Convert business inquiries into data analyses, models, and dashboards.

• Enhance and support the systems utilized to evaluate campaign performance, audience targeting, and engagement.

• Collaborate with partner data sources and internal systems to integrate and process intricate datasets.

• Provide both ad-hoc analyses and long-term infrastructure projects while managing multiple priorities across teams.

• Partner with engineering, product, operations, and client-facing teams to address data challenges and achieve measurable outcomes.

• Aid in the development of new analytics capabilities and data products.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in data analytics, data science, data engineering, or related disciplines.

• Solid background in statistical programming and data analysis.

• Capability to independently manage projects and deliver outcomes without continuous supervision.

• Experience in handling large datasets and constructing data pipelines or analytical workflows.

• Proficient in SQL and data manipulation techniques.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and adeptness at transitioning between various project types.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Experience with healthcare data or regulated datasets (preferred).

• Understanding of privacy and compliance issues related to sensitive and personally identifiable information (preferred).

• Background in supporting advertising analytics, marketing analytics, or media measurement (preferred).

• Experience working with data from external partners or multiple integrated sources (preferred).
