📋 Description

• Gather, evaluate, and document business requirements for data initiatives, emphasizing the alignment of business metrics;

• Align business metrics with the organization’s processes and systems;

• Develop and maintain data models and relevant documentation, including business metrics records;

• Work closely with the development team to ensure data projects are executed as per requirements and that business metrics are accurately measured and monitored;

• Assess and validate data solutions, confirming that business metrics are appropriately tracked and monitored;

• Provide training for users on data solutions, focusing on the application of business metrics;

• Oversee and enhance the performance of data solutions, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of business metrics;

• Keep informed about the latest trends and technologies in data, particularly those related to the mapping and analysis of business metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Statistics, or a similar discipline;

• Over 2 years of experience as a Data Functional Analyst or in a comparable position;

• Familiarity with methodologies for requirements gathering and analysis, with a focus on mapping business metrics;

• Background in data modeling, documentation, and analysis of business metrics;

• Proficient in SQL and Business Intelligence (BI) tools;

• Experience in functional analysis, conceptual and logical modeling, and metrics mapping, alongside knowledge of data governance practices;

• Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation capabilities;

• Ability to operate independently as well as collaboratively within a team;

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
