This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more states.
• EDETEK is in search of a meticulous Data Entry Operator to assist with clinical data processing tasks. This position entails accurately entering, reviewing, and maintaining data following established protocols while ensuring quality, consistency, and timely execution of assigned duties. The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and adept at managing repetitive tasks while upholding a high standard of accuracy.
• Key Responsibilities
• - Execute precise and prompt data entry into company systems and databases.
• - Review source documents to confirm completeness and identify any discrepancies.
• - Validate entered data for accuracy and rectify data inconsistencies as needed.
• - Uphold data integrity by adhering to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• - Collaborate with Quality Control (QC) reviewers to address data-related issues.
• - Monitor assigned tasks and achieve productivity and quality benchmarks.
• - Assist with organizing documents, validating data, and maintaining records.
• - Report data quality concerns or process challenges to supervisors when necessary.
• - Support continuous improvement initiatives to boost operational efficiency.
• - Undertake other operational support responsibilities as assigned.
• Required
• - Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
• - Over 1 year of experience in data entry, administrative assistance, operations, or a similar field.
• - Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to data accuracy.
• - Strong organizational abilities and time management skills.
• - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• - Capability to work independently in a remote setting.
• - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred
• - Experience in healthcare, clinical research, life sciences, or regulated sectors.
• - Familiarity with electronic data capture (EDC) systems or clinical databases.
• - Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) or quality management processes.
• - Experience handling large datasets.
